• Commercial and IT Process skills (ITIL) to support
• Detailed review of all already signed tech related contracts for Brazil
• Create executive and commercial summary for every signed contract
• Review commercial terms
• Create IT ownership and process map following Brazil RACI matrix
• Create detailed flow charts for tech support and operations
• Support the overall project team with contract negotiations and setup

• Strong negotiation and procurement skills
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities
• Vendor and contract management experience
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Language skills, oral and written in English and Portuguese
