Job Description
The NAND Technical Program Manager is responsible for leading the execution of NAND component programs, with a primary focus on program management of NAND process/reliability technology development during NAND product lifecycle.
In this role, the NAND Product Development Team Leader (PDTL) oversees the end-to-end product development process, provides leadership to the cross-functional Product Development Team under NAND Program Office organization, and drives alignment across key stakeholders to ensure successful program execution, especially fab wafer management, customer sample management.
This role also acts as the primary interface to work closely with fab leaders and Solidigm NAND senior leadership and program key stakeholders, ensuring program objectives, schedules, risks, and priorities are clearly communicated and effectively managed throughout the product lifecycle.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Creates, tracks and adjusts the program schedule.
- Assesses risks and identifies solutions to timely, efficient achievement of program goals.
- Ensures that quality standards and budget constraints are met.
- Ensures appropriate progress against schedule and takes remedial action as appropriate.
- Utilize advanced understanding of the NAND flash memory technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined program, and utilizes knowledge to accelerate project completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with technical product development engineering management and customer enablement.
- Basic understanding of product development and high-volume NAND manufacturing, NAND flash memory technical concepts, NAND flash memory architecture, system design, NAND development methods and workflow
- Excellent bilingual (Chinese/English) verbal and written interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical background in either EE or CE.
- NAND fab process technology development experience is a plus.
- Program/Project management experience
- Experienced in setting up program/project schedules
