Job Description

Experienced engineer who applies technical expertise to solve complex problems, execute projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role operates with limited supervision, demonstrates ownership of assigned work, and collaborates effectively across functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or contribute to technical projects of moderate to high complexity.
  • Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Design, develop, validate, and improve products, systems, processes, or tools within their area of expertise.
  • Drive execution of assignments with minimal supervision while managing priorities and schedules effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality, cost, schedule, and business objectives.
  • Document technical work, communicate findings, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, quality, or reliability.
  • Share technical knowledge and provide guidance to less experienced engineers.
  • Support strategic initiatives and contribute to organizational goals through technical leadership and expertise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence technical decisions through data, analysis, and collaboration.
  • Proven track record of executing projects and achieving commitments.
