Manage a team of Supply Chain Technical Analysts responsible for supply planning and product build execution for high-volume enterprise SSD (eSSD) products. Lead efforts to ensure supply availability aligns with customer demand while optimizing product build strategies across the manufacturing network. Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Planning, Manufacturing, and Sales, to develop and execute build plans, drive supply continuity, and support successful delivery to customers. Role Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Supply Chain Technical Analysts responsible for supply planning and product build plans for high-volume SSDs.
• Oversee supply execution to meet customer demand by partnering with cross-functional teams on build plan strategies and factory network execution.
• Strengthen partnerships with Business Operations, manufacturing partners, and Component and Materials teams.
• Lead priority calls, loading strategies, and supply recovery plans while balancing customer requirements, inventory, revenue targets, and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement by making planning processes more efficient, agile, and lean.

Candidate Profile

• Works effectively with multidisciplinary teams to define and achieve ambitious goals.
• Brings a strong understanding of supply chain management processes and planning practices.
• Understands complex solvers used to determine product delivery schedules and support customer commitments.
• Collaborates well across regions, functions, and supply chain partners.
• Communicates clearly with senior management, including updates on risks, tradeoffs, and mitigation plans.
• Has knowledge of NAND business and market dynamics.

Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications to be considered for this role:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Business Operations, or a related function

This position is also eligible to participate in Solidigm's restricted stock unit (RSU), restricted cash unit (RCU), and cash bonus programs. The compensation range for this role is $101,040.00 - $161,700.00. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
