Job Description

We are seeking NAND Product Engineer who can support high-volume manufacturing (HVM) operations, provide first-level product disposition, perform failure analysis and are responsible for related analysis tools’ hardware and software maintenance. This role is critical to maintaining stable production operations, ensuring tool readiness, and providing timely response to product yield and quality excursions. You will work closely with Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Manufacturing Operation, Quality and reliability teams to support daily production activities and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is an excellent opportunity for engineers interested in semiconductor product engineering, manufacturing support, and NAND flash technologies.

You will work closely with Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Manufacturing Operation, Quality and reliability teams to support daily production activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Major responsibilities include:

  • Failure/Qual sample material management including logistics, storage and tracking documentation.
  • Lab tool hardware and software maintain, coordination and operation procedure maintain.
  • Onsite supports remote teams for electrical failure analysis tasks.
  • Monitor production yield and perform first-level SBL disposition based on established disposition criteria and guidelines.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience supporting engineering/manufacturing tools, including hardware maintenance, software installation, troubleshooting, calibration, and upgrading activities.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, JMP, Python, Perl, SQL, or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience in Semiconductor manufacturing/test engineering background preferred.
  • Experience with NAND Flash memory products.
  • Experience supporting test equipment, laboratory tools, or manufacturing systems.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and basic failure analysis methodologies.
  • Experience with automated data extraction, reporting, or scripting tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive operational improvements.
