The Client Support Technician role is an office based position at our headquarters based in Overland Park, Kansas. Qualifications
This Role is responsible for:
- Taking inbound phone calls, emails, and live chat in support of the current client base.
- Product design and configuration.
- Product creation and innovation.
- Database clean-up and maintenance.
- Happy, personable voice and demeanor with clients.
- Patience and clear teaching ability of technology to all skill levels.
- Managing and organizing daily activity in order to achieve weekly goals
Qualifications:
- Ability to professionally engage a current client, uncover their pain points, problem solve, and effectively assist clients with their needs.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong general computer and technology proficiency
- Excellent MS Excel proficiency
