Title:  Business Analyst with PeopleSoft exp

Duration: 5 Months

Location: New York City—NEED LOCALS

Interview: In-Person

Job description:

•        Need Analysts for cost reduction project. Triage incoming vendor responses, schedule vendor negotiations, attend negotiations for note taking and generate summary of negotiation.

•        Feed data back to centralized point for overall data tracking and management reporting.

•        Analysts may also be collecting data at a centralized point for collation, analysis and reporting.

•        Familiarization with Public Procurement Processes a plus

•          Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials suite, preferably Procurement, Procurement Contracts, eProcurement and Accounts Payable. Query experience a plus.

Required Skills :

Required skills and experience in one or several of the following areas:

•          LEAN certification / Six Sigma training or comparable required.

•          Demonstrated successful project management capabilities in a LEAN / CI environment, measured through KPI metrics and results.

•          Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.

•          Prior experience with translating business needs to functional requirement specifications for technology.
