Job Title: Drupal Developer

Location: New York City, NY

Duration: 7 months

Job Description: The candidate will report to the Application Deputy Chief Officer/Project Manager and will provide vision and leadership guidance for Enterprise Applications for External Apps initiatives using Drupal.

MUST Skills:

•          Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Computer Science plus a minimum of 10+ years of Information Technology experience.

•          Experience in managing and deploying using latest Application Technologies like JavaScript Framework, Web-Services and Web application using Drupal Technologies.

•          Strong understanding of computer systems characteristics, features, and integration capabilities

•          Experience in Drupal 7/8       

•          Develops the UI pages using HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS, JavaScript, jQuery and Ajax

•          Development Knowledge in Web based technologies in PHP / MySQL / Java Script / Node and Drupal           

•          Experienced in Drupal 6/7/8 themes, modules and familiarity with the Drupal API and hook system

•          Maintenance and Support Acquia Cloud – Drupal Servers   

•          Familiarity with large multi-server Drupal7/8 environments, administration, and integration with various third-party sites with open APIs

DELIVERABLES & DUE DATES

•          Oversees the maintenance, upgrade and development of client website , the Agencies Internet Website, the Agencies Intranet websites including Content Management Systems (CMS), system architecture, and application software and hosting platforms to ensure 24x7 operations and uptime

•          Used GIT, Drush Scripting, Acquia Cloud, Amazon EC2

•          Develop and Support countdown clock to show real-time data and planned and un planned services

•          Develop and Support new client site

•          Migrating existing client site content into new client site

•          Maintenance and Support client.info Drupal

•          Development, Maintenance and Support new client Durpal Site

•          Develop, Maintenance and Support All agencies Intranet site

•          Develop, Maintenance and Support Count-down Clock

•          Maintenance and Support Acquia Cloud – Drupal Servers

•          Created services in a Drupal 8 environment to hold and provide

Responsibilities:

•          Develop, Maintenance and Support client.info

•          Develop and Maintenance enterprise CMS in Drupal

•          Maintenance and Support Countdown Clock System

•          Development of Web based technologies in PHP / MySQL / Java Script / Node and Drupal

•          Experience in client technologies like AngularJS, Bootstrap, Node.js

•          Maintenance and Support customer-facing applications

•          Experience in Object Oriented Analysis & Design, Software Architecture, Configuration Management, Change Management, Web-services, Debugging Tools, User Interface Design, Agile Development
