    • Implement complex processes, business rules and reports in Designer Studio and extend the platform with SDK plugins in C#.
    • Lead integrations with the client's systems (ERP, DMS, identity, external APIs) and define reusable integration patterns.
    • Make technical decisions on platform configuration, performance, upgrades and environment setup together with architects.
    • Review solutions delivered by other developers and enforce good practices and naming, versioning and deployment standards.
    • Support estimation and scoping of new requirements together with the client and the delivery lead.
    • Mentor mid-level developers and share knowledge across the team.
    • Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis for critical workflows.

    Qualifications

    • Good written and spoken English for client-facing work and documentation.

Additional skills – the edge you have

    • Experience with Camunda or another BPMN-based process engine, enabling work on hybrid or multi-engine process landscapes.
