Project – the aim you’ll have

You will lead complex on-premise infrastructure projects for enterprise clients across Europe. The scope includes OpenStack implementations, migrations from VMware to OpenStack, as well as deployment of monitoring and automation platforms. You’ll work with experienced engineering teams on high-impact transformations that modernize private cloud environments and improve operational efficiency.

Position – how you’ll contribute

You will act as a Project Manager responsible for delivering complex infrastructure initiatives, both from a technological and business perspective. You will coordinate multiple stakeholders, work closely with engineering teams, and engage directly with clients. The role requires a strong client-focused mindset, business orientation, and the ability to build effective working relationships.

Expectations – the experience you need

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT
• Proven experience delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in infrastructure or IT operations projects
• Experience working on the vendor side (service provider environment)
• Strong client-facing and business-oriented mindset
• Excellent English (written and spoken)

Additional skills – the edge you have

• Experience with ServiceNow or Jira
• Exposure to private cloud, OpenStack, VMware, or automation platforms
• Experience in infrastructure transformation or migration projects
