Position – how you’ll contribute

Join a team developing a SaaS case management platform used by legal professionals and lenders in the default servicing industry.
The system supports complex legal workflows and helps organizations manage cases more efficiently through features such as document automation, client portals, compliance tracking, and integrations with external systems.
The platform consists of two main components:

• CaseAware Manage – responsible for core case handling and workflow management
• CaseAware Integrate – enabling seamless data exchange and integrations with third-party services

As the product continues to evolve, you will have the opportunity to design new features, improve existing solutions, and modernize legacy parts of the system.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain databases in Microsoft Azure (Azure SQL, Managed Instance, etc.).
• Monitor performance and optimize queries and resource usage.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines in Azure Data Factory.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and automate data workflows.
• Collaborate with development and data engineering teams.

Expectations - the experience you need:

• 3+ years' experience as a DBA in cloud environments (Azure).
• Advanced knowledge of Azure SQL Database / SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with T-SQL skills and performance tuning experience.
• Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Good level of English.
