About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Business and QA Analyst who will identify and define problems to deliver business solutions that will impact the company-wide. The BQA will also execute test cases as well as create SQL queries.  This role strongly emphasizes excellent communication, prioritizing tasks, and the ability to adapt quickly to change.

Some of the main responsibilities for the role include: 

• Create business requirements, documentation, and user stories that meet user expectations and satisfy business objectives 
• Create and participate in the testing strategy 
• Use root cause analysis to identify and document problems 
• Prioritize solutions based on risk and impact, and validate those potential solutions 
• Create and run SQL queries to validate QA outcomes of database development 
• Communicate with a broad range of staff to understand requirements and issues, and share updates

Job Skills/Requirements
- +90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) with excellent communication skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a business/data analyst or quality assurance role 
- Hands-on experience with SQL  
- Experience writing test cases using C# and Angular 
- Ability to take business requests and break them down into manageable steps to achieve a goal 
- Strong communication skills, time management, and attention to detail
