Job Description

Project – the aim you’ll have:

Our client is a company with over 20 years of experience in providing managed services to entities in the BeNeLux market. We are building a Shared Services team, which will provide support for CM, monitoring, CI/DC, LCM and teams working directly with clients.

Position – how you’ll contribute:

  • Support of IT systems.
  • Design and implementation of new solutions.
  • Cooperation with the Information Security department in elimination of detected vulnerabilities on running systems as well as at the stage of design / implementation of new solutions.
  • Incident analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Provide L2 support.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Contribute during design and implementation of new projects.
  • Work closely with our colleges in Netherlands.

Qualifications

Expectations - the experience you need

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading teams
  • Good knowledge of Linux/UNIX system.
  • Experience in system configuration in accordance with industry best practices and standard, including security.
  • Proficiency in Configuration Management, using automation (Bash, Python, Ansible) but mostly automation platforms (AAP/AWX, Puppet, SaltStack).
  • Working knowledge of content management for Linux using platforms like RedHat Satellite, Spacewalk or Uyuni.
  • Good understanding of Infrastructure as a code. Experience of maintaining such infrastructure. Use of tools like Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation, Ansible.
  • Experience with CI/CD implementation and maintenance, especially with Gitlab CICD.
  • Working knowledge of Grafana and ELK stacks.
  • Working knowledge of monitoring solutions like Icinga, Zabbix, Nagios.
  • Understanding of virtualization principals. Experience with virtualization platforms like VMWare, Xen
  • Basic networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, Load-balancing)
  • Very good organizational skills.
  • Spoken and written English - B2 level at minimum.
