Position – how you’ll contribute

• Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements (requirements gathering, elicitation, and collaboration with external stakeholders and product owners).
• Modeling business requirements into Ready items for the development teams (analyzing requirements based on system capacities, proposing solutions, and collaborating with technical leads and analysts to model the initial requirements into well-defined user stories – INVEST principle).
• Modeling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining the business impact.
• Creating functional specifications for solutions, simplifying information, and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team.
• Overseeing the implementation, the testing of the solution, and supporting the business transition of a solution through the SDLC.
• Anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and helping the Product Owner to prioritize features and identify dependencies.
• Helping clients correctly identify their needs regarding changes from internal and external factors.

Expectations – the experience you need

• 2+ years of experience working as an IT Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies is a must.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement.
• Critical thinking and problem solving.
• Decision making expertise around requirement prioritization, scope, assessing viability of solutions.
• Good grasps of best practices for challenging requirements.
• Good abilities to document and write business solutions
