Project – the aim you’ll have

You'll join a rapidly growing People team that is responsible for engagement and employees' development. You will be responsible for organizing development activities in close cooperation with L&D Partner and management. We are looking for a self-confident and proactive person who will support the company in the employees’ advancement.

Position – how you’ll contribute

• Implementation of new tools and processes to facilitate talent management and career development
• Coordinating all internal & external trainings and other development-related activities
• Conducting internal trainings for SM Group
• Designing all kinds of development materials
• Cooperation with SM Guilds Community and Managers in building the culture of learning
• Taking care of cyclical communication supporting L&D activities
• Monitoring and reporting of performance indicators of implemented training and development activities
• Organizing and coordinating development projects for management staff

Expectations – the experience you need

• Experience in Project Management or Learning & Development function
• Being passionate about Learning & Development industry and keeping up to date with the latest trends.
• Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in independent management of development and training programs
• Experience in initiating, designing and conducting trainings independently
• Fluent in Polish and English – required.
