Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and platform-savvy Social Media Marketing Specialist who understands how to build both company brands and personal brands across social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who knows what works on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) and can translate brand voice into engaging, consistent content.

This is a hands-on role focused on content startegy, creativity, and brand storytelling, not just posting for the sake of posting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)

  • Develop and maintain company branding across all social platforms

  • Support personal branding for leadership and key individuals

  • Create engaging posts, captions, carousels, and basic reels aligned with brand tone

  • Understand platform-specific formats, trends, and best posting practices

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging

  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to execute campaigns

  • Monitor engagement, audience growth, and content performance

  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and new features

Support social media efforts for client accounts, when required

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing or content management

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)

  • Experience with company branding and personal branding

  • Ability to write creative, engaging, and platform-appropriate captions

  • Strong sense of visual aesthetics and content storytelling

  • Familiarity with content scheduling tools and basic analytics

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Self-driven, creative, and comfortable managing multiple accounts

Additional Information

  • Basic experience with content strategy

  • Understanding of short-form video and reels

  • Experience working with brands, agencies, or personal brands

  • Basic knowledge of paid social ads (not mandatory)

  • Awareness of digital trends, pop culture, and AI tools
