In this role

Strategy:

  • Gather competitive data, industry trends, and labor market conditions and translate these into successful workforce planning and search strategies.
  • Provide training and education to hiring managers and partners on the recruiting process, interviewing techniques, effective networking strategies, etc. inspiring a strong partnership between hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Influence hiring managers for a shared understanding of what great looks like in hiring at Softpers.

People Management:

  • Engage manage and develop a team of high-performing recruiting staff in a fast-paced environment.
  • Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines, and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress.
  • Collaborate across the recruiting team to develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet hiring plans and drive best practices throughout the hiring process for experienced candidates.

Talent acquisition:

  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Drive full life-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, feedback, managing candidate debriefs, offer process, and closing for experienced candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating an ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.
  • Ensure that every candidate has an excellent interview experience regardless of the outcome.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in talent acquisition with increasing responsibility, experience in Software industory will be must. 
  • Accountable and willing to be hands-on with all levels of the organization, as well as serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders.
  • Ability to focus on what matters and translate business strategy and goals into talent acquisition processes that are scalable, simple, customer-focused, and adaptable to unique and changing business needs.
  • Desire to challenge convention and able to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
