We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager with a minimum of 3-4 years of Experience in (the IT Industry) to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. Past Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Email Marketing.  A handsome basic salary will be offered. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager for a Software House/ IT Company.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
• B2B meetings with potential and dormant customers to prospect for new business opportunities
• Effectively negotiates with clients by clarifying, emphasizing agreement terms, and working through differences to achieve a positive outcome
• Develops marketing strategies
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, etc.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience is required in the same role of working with software services, specifically in Technology Sales.
• Strong understanding of value-based selling.
• Business prospecting and bidding
• Should be fluent in written, oral communication in English and exhibit a friendly personality.
• Entrepreneurial spirit would be a plus.
• Capable of effective presentations and demonstrations via online tools
