• Responsible for maintaining design system, developing easy-to-use features for products.
• Design new features that improve conversion rates and user engagement
• Take ownership of large portions of complex products
• Own design execution and measure ongoing improvements
• Conduct research and comparative analysis to ensure best practices and informed UI decisions
• Create ideas and present them to your team to determine strategy and roadmaps
• Design flows and experiences that are effective and impactful solutions.
• Identify user needs, sketch solutions with prototypes, test ideas with design researchers, and refine designs with data and user feedback
• Contribute as needed to other areas of design like visual design and marketing communications
• Think holistically about design experiences that extend beyond the confines of paper or screen
• Gather user input from in-person testing, team member interviews, and automated tools
• Demonstrate expertise in several types of design
• Collaborate with teams across the business to develop consistent design practices across all brand channels
• Research opportunities to apply design thinking and lead the effort to see proposals from start to completion
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of product design experience for web and mobile
• Demonstrated mastery of UI/UX principles, interaction design, best practices, and common design tools
• A solid portfolio demonstrating strong user experience and visual design skills
• Experience working for Saas product is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of office productivity software such as Slack, Jira, Clickup etc
• Ability to work with teams at all levels of the organization
• Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies is a must.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
