Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development officer with having a minimum of 2 years Experience in (IT Industry) to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. Past Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Freelancer.com would be preferred. A handsome basic salary plus commission will be offered. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must have a working knowledge of Upwork, and other online job platforms
  • Candidate must have Proven Experience in this field of work and must be willing to work on-site (No remote candidates)
  • Online Bidding on Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, Peopleperhour, etc. – Create Proposals, Presentations, and other documents as required by a potential client.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople Requirements
  • Proven working experience as a business development officer for Software House/ IT Company.
  • Excellent Formal/Business English writing skills.
  • Proven sales track record
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Software Development-related basic understandings.
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.
