Job Description

Softpers Interactive is looking for an HR Executive to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks. The HR Executive's responsibilities include updating employee absence records, filing HR documents accordingly, initiating background checks on shortlisted candidates, technical recruitment, and providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
  • Strong Skills in OD (Organizational Development).
  • Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
  • Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, Payroll, and other HR-related matters.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and strong execution skills
  • Strong team player with the ability to anticipate, work independently and demonstrate ownership
  • Keen interest in documentation and asynchronous working
  • Add/update employee master data in HR Systems
  • Rectify any discrepancy before data transmitting into the system
  • Ensure employee data accuracy and completeness in HR systems
  • Department restructuring in HR systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (BBA/ BS.Hons- HR/ MHRM.
  • Minimum 3-4 Years of Experience and in the IT industry is preferable. 
  • Females are highly encouraged to apply
  • Proven experience working in an office environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous and would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
