Softpers Interactive Pvt.Ltd is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele portfolio and will be engaging in business partners to build new business and for the company by boosting the sales and building potential relationships with the clients by bidding at online portals.

Job Responsibilities.

• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Responsible for Online Bidding and getting business from online portals and from direct marketing.
• B2B meetings with potential and dormant customers to prospect for new business opportunities
• Effectively negotiates with clients by clarifying, emphasizing agreement terms, and working through differences to achieve a positive outcome
• Develops marketing strategies
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, etc.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

• Degree in BBA/BS Business Management/ Sales & Marketing is required
• Minimum 2 years of experience is required in the same role of working with software services, specifically in Technology Sales.
• Strong understanding of value-based selling.
• Business prospecting and bidding
• Should be fluent in written, oral communication in English and exhibit a friendly personality.
• Entrepreneurial spirit would be a plus.
• Capable of effective presentations and demonstrations via online tools
