Job Description

How You’ll Make an Impact:  

The Workplace Services & Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day workplace operations, meeting and event services, office technology, purchasing, vendor coordination, Kronos administration, and basic financial processes for the Mississauga site.

As a Workplace Services & Operations Coordinator, you will: 

  • Manage meeting room setup and workplace services operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, Town Halls, employee events and training sessions.
  • Provide A/V and office equipment support and coordinate vendor services.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Process purchase orders, obtain vendor quotations and track invoices.
  • Administer POS and company store pricing updates.
  • Support Kronos/UKG timekeeping, attendance tracking and reporting.
  • Assist with invoice reconciliation, expense tracking and budget monitoring.
  • Conduct workplace inspections and support health and safety initiatives.
  • Support onboarding activities and workplace orientations.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed 

  • 3+ years of experience in workplace services, office operations, facilities, hospitality, or event coordination.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience working with vendors, purchase orders and invoices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience using Kronos or UKG workforce management systems.
  • Basic finance and accounting knowledge including invoice processing, reconciliations, budget tracking and vendor payments.
  • Experience supporting events and A/V technology.
  • Health and Safety experience is an asset.
