The Details :

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 11:30am - 6pm

Pay: $18.50/Hour

 Daily Responsibilities:

Kitchen inspection

• • Ensure Fridge / Freezers are on and in neat and clean condition.
  • Ensure Paper Towels / Napkins / Dish Soap / Hand Soap were refilled if items were depleted.
  • Ensure Coffee Machines products are topped up – Bean Refill / Milk and water refilled.
  • Ensure that Coffee Cups and lids are available for associates.
  • Microwaves are checked to confirm cleanliness.
  • Replenish snacks
  • Replenish refrigerator products.
  • Notify supervisor when items are running low.
  • Fill and empty dishwasher.
  • Clean Coffee machine at the end of day.

Facilities responsibilities:

• Make sure all 4-conference rooms are clean and orderly daily.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with IT as they occur.
• Reset all conference rooms after each meeting.
• Reset HUB (dining area) after meals, clean tables and push back chairs.
• Make sure the office is always clean and orderly.
•   Recycling: Bring recycling to recycling room.
•  Clean Up – Storage Areas
•  Filling out JSA for incoming Contractors and Vendors
• Contractor and Vendor Induction (once a year per visitor)

 Front Desk Responsibilities:

• Greet Employees and visitors.
• Answer questions, give parking tickets, assist associates in their requests.
• Receive and send out mail and couriers.

Reports and request Service for:

• Housekeeping Issues / Requests
• Janitorial issues in Building
• Plumbing i.e., Washroom issues
• Repairs
• Security issues
• Temperature issues
• and any other facility deficiencies.

Monthly Responsibilities Facility Inspections

Events

• Set up and tear down events.

Training

• Complete all required courses.

• Bilingual in French and English
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility services
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
