We are currently seeking Hospitality & Cleaning All Rounders (Service Attendants) to join our regional Queensland operations and are inviting shortlisted candidates to attend an upcoming Assessment Centre in Townsville.
📅 Thursday, 24 September
📍 Location: Townsville
You will need to be available to attend one of the following sessions:
- Session 1: 9:30am to 12:00pm
- Session 2: 1:30pm to 3:00pm
Candidates who are shortlisted will receive an email invitation with instructions on how to book their preferred session time. Attendance will be recorded and forms part of the recruitment process.
About the Opportunity
Working in a busy village environment, you'll help maintain high standards of accommodation and facilities that support our mining operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Housekeeping and cleaning of accommodation rooms (dongas) with daily room targets
- Cleaning and maintaining mine-site offices, common areas and outdoor spaces
- Delivering high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation across site facilities
Roster & Location
- Salary: From $78,000 + Superannuation
- Roster: FIFO from Townsville, QLD on a 14:7 roster
Employment Type: Casual & Permanent opportunity with long-term career growth- Casual employment with potential pathway to permanent opportunities for high-performing employees
- 11-hour shifts
What We're Looking For
To be considered, you'll need:
- A current Australian Driver's Licence
- Physical fitness to perform cleaning duties and work 11-hour shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capability to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions
- FIFO, DIDO or remote site experience (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol assessment
- Full Australian working rights
