What's the Role 

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Pantry Assistant to join one of our premium corporate client sites in Melbourne CBD. 

This is a dynamic, customer-focused role responsible for coordinating engaging workplace experiences, office activations, and corporate events that enhance the employee experience. From organising happy hours and themed office events to supporting client functions and daily workplace hospitality, you'll play a key role in creating a vibrant and welcoming office environment.

Working closely with the client you'll ensure events are planned and delivered to an exceptional standard while providing outstanding customer service.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Set up, stock, and replenish pantry stations.  
• Ensure food displays and service areas are maintained to a high standard.  
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements.  
• Plan, coordinate and deliver workplace events, office activations and employee engagement initiatives.
• Organise happy hours, celebrations, seasonal events and other corporate functions.
• Ensure pantry, event and hospitality areas are presented to a premium standard.
• Assist with event setup, pack down and onsite coordination.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of pantry and service areas.  
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.  
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service when interacting with clients.  

About You 

• Previous experience coordinating corporate events, workplace activations, hospitality events or similar.
• A passion for creating memorable workplace experiences and engaging events.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• A strong customer service focus and positive attitude.  
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards.  
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.  
• Strong organisational and time management skills.  
• A willingness to support multiple areas of the operation as required.  
• Food Handling Certificate (desirable).  
• Full unrestricted working rights within Australia.
