The Role
Sodexo is seeking a Regional Manager to join our Facilities Maintenance team, supporting the Integrated Facilities Management Services portfolio in the Cooper and Surat Basin. Reporting to the FM Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations across a large and diverse portfolio in remote QLD and SA, ensuring the timely, effective, and safe management of non‑process infrastructure such as camp facilities, water treatment plants, airports, warehouses, and road conditions.
Your primary focus will be consistent operational delivery while maintaining strong client relationships, identifying project improvement opportunities, and ensuring compliance with client processes. You will also guide your team in recommending and assessing feasible upgrades to enhance facility and network integrity, while managing Supervisors, Leading Hands, Trades, and subcontractors to execute approved asset management plans and deliver reliable, predictable performance across all assets under your care.
About You
You are a skilled professional with a trade or engineering background, bringing strong operational and maintenance knowledge across Facilities and Asset Management. You apply a risk‑based approach to building compliance, manage budgets and schedules with commercial awareness, and consistently deliver services within scope and targets. Your leadership, focus on safety, and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders make you highly suited to this role.
- Strong trade/engineering background with FM and Asset Management experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of building compliance and risk‑based maintenance
- Proven ability to deliver services within scope, budget, and contractual targets
- Solid understanding of WHS requirements and financial management
- Effective people leader with strong communication and stakeholder skills
