About the Roles
We are building a talent pool for future full-time Service Attendant opportunities across our remote village operations. These roles may be offered on a variety of FIFO or DIDO roster structures, including options similar to 8 days on, 6 days off, depending on site requirements.
Service Attendants support day-to-day village operations and may perform duties such as:
Housekeeping and cleaning of village accommodation
Assisting with food preparation and dining room service
Mine site cleaning (offices, crib rooms, ablutions)
Customer service in tavern or retail areas
Maintaining outdoor and common areas

Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements
To be considered for future opportunities, you may need:
Previous hospitality, cleaning or customer service experience (or transferable skills)
A strong commitment to safety and following procedures
The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work FIFO or DIDO and adapt to different roster patterns
The ability to pass pre-employment checks (medical, drug and alcohol, police clearance)
Full working rights within Australia
A manual driver’s licence (highly regarded but not essential)
Current certifications such as RSA, Food Safety, or First Aid (advantageous but not mandatory)
