About the role
Join Sodexo' as a Senior Property Manager based in Gove, NT. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the management of a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and leased to maximise returns. In this strategic position, you will play a key part in supporting Sodexo's growth and expansion in the commercial property sector.
This role offers a generous Salary, Relocation Allowance and supplied local housing.
What you'll be doing
Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail and industrial spaces
Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations and financial reporting
Develop and implement property management strategies to maximise occupancy and rental returns
Liaise with clients, tenants and contractors to ensure excellent service delivery
Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reporting and key performance indicators
Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
Ensure properties are compliant with all relevant legislation and regulations
Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders on all property-related matters
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior property management role, ideally within the commercial sector
Demonstrated expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and implement effective property strategies
Excellent customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in using property management software and tools
Thorough understanding of relevant property legislation, regulations and compliance requirements
Exceptional organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
Tertiary qualification in property management, real estate or a related field
