What’s the Role?

We’re currently looking for Industrial Cleaners, including Mine Site Cleaners, based in or around Brisbane to join our teams across regional Queensland. These Bus-In Bus-Out (BIBO) roles are an excellent entry point into the mining and resources sector. Whether you have previous cleaning experience or bring a positive attitude and transferable skills, this is your chance to step into a rewarding and impactful career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mine site cleaning duties across village and operational facilities

• Drive from camp to the mine site—a valid driver’s licence and 4x4 (four-wheel drive) certificate are mandatory

• Work on a 2:2 roster (two weeks on, two weeks off), supporting work-life balance

• Collaborate with a team that values safety, service excellence, and teamwork

• Access ongoing training and development in some of Australia’s most remote and unique locations

Who Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for individuals who are reliable, customer-focused, and adaptable. Whether you come from a background in hospitality, industrial cleaning, or mine site cleaning, your positive attitude and team spirit will set you up for success.

To be successful, you’ll need to:

• Have experience in housekeeping, industrial cleaning, or mine site cleaning

• Be prepared for 12-hour shifts, including rotating day and night work

• Be flexible and willing to assist across various tasks

• Prioritise safety and follow all workplace procedures

• Hold a valid driver’s licence

• Hold or be willing to obtain a 4x4 (four-wheel drive) certificate

• Pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening

• Be an Australian citizen or hold full Australian working rights

Please note: This is an on-site role with 11-hour workdays on a 2:2 roster.
