We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Corporate Concierge to join our dynamic team in the vibrant Barangaroo precinct of Sydney's CBD. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional service to corporate clients in one of Australia's premier business districts.

Position Details:

  • Location: Barangaroo, Sydney, at the offices of one of our Global Professional Services clients.

  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week with rotating shifts: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM and 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (you must be available for both shifts).

  • Salary: $70,000 + Superannuation.

About the Role: As the Corporate Concierge, you will serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, offering top-tier services that enhance their workday experience. You will be responsible for managing client requests, arranging a variety of services, and providing personalised assistance to ensure a seamless, high-end experience. Additionally, you will be tech-savvy and experienced with various software tools, including security monitoring, booking catering, and logging maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all concierge-related inquiries and requests from corporate clients and their guest.

  • Coordinate and book a variety of services, including trades and maintenance attendance, security requirements, mail and parcel couriers.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person requests with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and service providers.

  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer creative solutions and recommendations.

  • Maintain a clean and organised concierge desk and lobby area, always ensuring a welcoming environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a concierge role, ideally within a corporate office environment.

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently.

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and concierge software.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to meeting clients' needs.
