Job Description
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure and Support Manager to oversee the management, optimisation, and support of IT infrastructure and end-user services for our Australian operations. This pivotal role involves leading infrastructure standardisation efforts, implementing process automation, and ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services and support across our diverse business sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects and operations, including solution design, project deployment, and operational transition.
- Team Leadership: Manage, guide, train, and mentor the infrastructure and end-user support team to drive operational excellence and performance.
- Project Management: Lead IT projects, ensuring smooth transitions from planning to operational implementation. Drive business requirements and objectives into actionable IT deliverables.
- Service Management: Ensure adherence to ITIL practices, including incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Vendor Management: Oversee local Infrastructure and Support suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure IT infrastructure meets global security standards and complies with both business and contractual requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to align IT solutions with strategic objectives, while fostering strong communication and engagement with regional IT teams.
