Sodexo is seeking experienced and motivated Bus Driver / Utility Workers to join our FIFO team supporting clients on mine sites in the Goldfields and Pilbara Regions of WA. In this dynamic role, you’ll primarily be responsible for transporting passengers between the mine site, camp, and airport. Outside of bus driving, you'll contribute to site operations through cleaning and utility duties, ensuring the smooth running of the village.

This is a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, WA, offering an 11-hour working day split between 10-20% bus driving and 80-90% utility work.

About you 

To be successful in this role, you will have:  

• Flexibility and willingness to work across all areas and tasks 

• Bus Driving experience - up to 53 seat, some sites ok with Coaster exp

• HR License preferred (MR ok) with PTD - or willingness to obtain

• Great attitude & strong work ethic 

• Strong safety awareness and safe work ethic 

• Excellent customer service skills 

All applicants must be willing to undergo the following checks:

• Pre-Employment Medical & Physical Assessments  

• Drug & Alcohol testing – ongoing 

• Pass driving VOCs as required

• Current Police Certificate (Less than 6 months old)  

• Minimum 2 employment related referee checks 

• Sodexo and Site based Inductions as required
