Job Description

We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team based on our Global food manufacturing client site in Asquith. 

Reporting to our on site Facilities Manager, you will assume responsibility for the administrative management, direction and promotion of the delivery of outstanding integrated facilities Soft Services while ensuring that Sodexo operational goals/expectations are met. 

As the Facilities Coordinator you will have demonstrated experience managing the delivery of hard (fire services, electrical) and soft services (cleaning and grounds).  You will manage the planned work schedules and possess the ability to review & evaluate building works as well as coordinate all aspects of building maintenance and essential services via contractor management.  

Other duties will include but won’t be limited to:

  • Ensuring Soft works are completed in accordance with Service Level Agreements and OH&S guidelines
  • Manage contractors while on site to perform works
  • Understanding of client contractual agreement
  • Engaging contractors to deliver out of scope maintenance services
  • Managing work order flow to suit client requirements
  • Manage work flow systems eg SAP and Maximo
  • Manage minor project works as required
  • Preparation of supplier and event requisitions
  • Oversee security functions and cleaning routines and floor wardens
  • Liaise with all contractor for site works, liaison with building management
