We are looking for a Receptionist to assist our office manager with coordinating and managing facilities requirements at our prestigious global client site in Brisbane's CBD.  

Your role will be varied and will include mailroom processes, room bookings and room set up, AV/VC support and maintaining staff areas. 

The role will be offered on a permanent full time basis working Monday to Friday situated in Brisbane's CBD.  The salary on offer is $67,500 + Superannuation.

Who are we looking for?   

Working in a small corporate team you will manage a range of back of house duties including but not limited to:

  • Manage daily mail and administrative activities 
  • Maintenance of stock levels for office equipment and canteen supplies
  • Coordinate facilities requirements such as meeting rooms, lockers and appliances
  • Taking calls from internal and external clients plus other duties associated with the seamless running of a busy office.

As the successful candidate you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role, and will possess a strong customer service background.  You will be crossed trained and benefit from working in a small high performing team.

Requirements:

  •  Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights  
  • Able to undergo a pre-employment medical reference and police check
