Job Description

We seek a Snr Facilities Manager to join our national on-site team in the role of Facilities Operations Manager.  Working with our Global pharmaceutical client Johnson & Johnson you will be the escalation point for 5 Sodexo site-based Facilities coordinators.  You will be responsible for reviewing, resolving or escalating any issues presented our by regional FC's.  

Reporting to the Systems Engineering Manager you will work with service partners to ensure delivery of facilities services are implemented, and support the continuous improvement of FM services to our client.  This role can be base in Sydney or Adelaide.  

Other duties will include but won’t be limited to:

  • Ensure the completion of all planned and preventive maintenance work as scheduled with in CMMS and in accordance with Service Level Agreements and OH&S guidelines
  • Effective staff management, including motivation, development, performance management and recruitment
  • Management of reporting to client and Sodexo, including forecasting and tracking key account metrics and SLA's
  • Support FC staff across ANZ ensuring your onsite team are trained in all aspects of FM
  • Development of strong working relationships and maintaining a professional and ethical attitude with all employees and contacts associated with the business
  • Demonstrated record of safety leadership by contributing to reduced incidents and accidents and achieve a zero-accident culture and mindset

Who are we looking for?

You will possess superior communication and interpersonal skills, and have a demonstrated ability to benchmark against industry best practices.  Providing excellent customer service in the operational management of facilities management services.  Experience in Healthcare / Pharmaceuticals / Medical Devices facilities experience, within a GxP environment is preferred.
