No FIFO experience? No problem! This could be your chance to get your start in a lucrative industry.

• This Full-time position, requires the ability to commit to a consistent 2 week-on, 1 week-off roster on a Fly-In-Fly-Out roster across Western Australia’s remote sites. 

What do Grounds Utilities do?

• Collection and Disposal of Rubbish onsite 
• Collecting and sorting linen 
• General gardening, lawn mowing, whipper snipping, weed spraying etc. 
• Cleaning of laundry facilities, gyms, ablution blocks
• Maintaining cleanliness of outdoor areas and common areas e.g. BBQs, pressure washing, blower vac use
• Weekly truck unload and stock rotation 
• Pool maintenance (where applicable) 
• Basic Handyman skills

Qualifications

To be successful, you’ll need:   

• WA Manual C Class Drivers License 
• Forklift Ticket 

Desirable, not essential:

• Trade Assistant Experience
• HR Drivers License

What does it take to work FIFO?
The FIFO lifestyle can be very rewarding but it isn’t for everyone. Consider what to expect and what is required of you when assessing your options:

• It is a prerequisite for this role that candidates are currently residing in WA
• You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and, day or night shifts as required
• Ability to endure remote environment in extreme heat or weather conditions
• Ability to multi-task and assist in other areas with positive teamwork approach
• Ability to understand the requirements of safe work and safety protocols
• Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
• Unlimited Australian working rights
