Due to our continued growth Sodexo is seeking an experienced Property Services Administrator to work across our Far North Queensland site in Weipa.

This is a full time, local hire role rostered Monday to Friday 9 hours per day.  Local hire means you need to be living and residing in Weipa and surrounding areas.

Reporting into the Regional Property Services Manager, the Property Services Administrator will provide support to the Property Management team. Some of your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • All front counter enquires and required actions
  • Preparing and processing lease documents (shared portfolio)
  • File Management
  • General Office Management tasks
  • Coordinating all entry notices
  • Coordinating routine inspections

Accuracy and attention to detail are imperative in this role as we need to ensure all information and correspondence is accurate, professionally presented and meets legislation requirements.  A current driver’s license is required.

You will have experience in a similar role or ideally have previous experience working in a Real Estate environment.

Qualifications

Ideally you will hold or be eligible to complete the Real Estate Salesperson Registration Certificate and obtain registration with the Office of Fair Trading.

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Experience with CRM or similar database management software desired

Previous Real Estate Experience or contract management experience highly regarded

Hold a valid QLD Drivers License
