Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator role in the Sodexo Projects Team. The role would be a great opportunity to advance your career professionally whilst also joining a fantastic team of people in a globally renowned company.

Duties of the role include:

  • Schedules and conducts weekly commercial projects meetings – including preparing agendas and updating assigned task and taking minutes.
  • Manages and maintains the contract securities register (Bank Guarantee’s & Bonds)
  • Conduct scheduled audits of securities against register  
  • Manages & maintain contracts register  
  • Document control and update commercial Sharepoint documents, folders etc. as required
  • Lead the Master Services Agreement process for Projects
  • Supports the review and refresh, of key commercial and projects processes
  • Supports Subcontracts Manager with essential procurement documents i.e. Procurement & Contracts Recommendation Reporting etc.
  • Schedules and manage client and contractor meetings
  • Administration support for the Projects and Commercial Teams.
  • Liaises with the clients on meeting agendas, project progress, actions and deliverables updates.
  • Engages with Internal and External Stakeholders where necessary, on Project and contract processes. Provide contract and commercial support during negotiations leading to the finalisation of fit for purpose contracts
  • Supports the commercial team with documentation on contract execution process
  • Supports the commercial team with formal communication to key stakeholders.

 

This is a permanent, full time position (Monday to Friday) based out of our office in Balcatta with flexbile working arrangements available. 

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communications; listening skills to accurately interpret what others are saying;
  • Demonstrated organization skills, including meeting facilitation and decision making; must be able to meet critical deadline.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and under pressure, to manage multiple concurrent tasks and responsibilities, and to deal with changing priorities, while maintaining personal effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated experience in use of Microsoft suite of productivity applications.
  • Previous experience with EPCM contracts is a plus.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
