Job Description
Within Western Australia, Sodexo is responsible for the operations, maintenance, and refurbishment of non-process infrastructure to clients within the mining and oil & gas sector. Sodexo plays a critical role in ensuring the resource sector can operate by providing quality catering, hospitality, and facilities maintenance services.
We have a position available for an Asset Management Lead to join our National FM Platform. This position will be based out of our office in Balcatta and will require site presence as required.
For this role we are looking for a strong Leader- someone who will be able to manage a team that primarily comprise of Engineers and Asset Verifiers. You will need to lead, influence, and drive the culture. This an opportunity to a mark on the business.
- Coordinate Asset Data loads for new contracts from field to Asset register in CMMS system.
- Ensure the proactive management of preventative maintenance for new clients and newly added assets.
- Review schedules and costs for new Preventative Maintenance activity with Technical FM team and update in Maximo where required
- Assist contracts and asset management services staff in areas of asset management, data maintenance.
- Develop and provide guidance on key asset management systems, levels of service, whole life-cycle costing, risk management to asset officers and key personnel.
- Contribute to new Functionality review and testing
- Actively contribute to the bid process for potential new FM clients by providing input to the associated AM planning, process development, and workload costing.
- Ongoing Improvement of Asset Management processes and supporting sites with implementation of the same.
- Support Sites with driving outputs as required by the Asset Management processes.
- Support sites with Asset Management work to get to ISO55000 certification.
- Support Sites with Facility condition audits and informing facility maintenance budgets based on condition information.
