If you’re an experienced Sous Chef with a flair for creativity, an eye for detail, strong leadership skills and a passion for good food, we have several opportunities for qualified Sous Chefs to join our Catering Team, working on a 2:1 (fourteen days on, seven days off) Fly-In-Fly-Out roster across Sodexo remote sites.  

Who are we looking for? 

• Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification) 
• Previous experience in mass-catering environments is essential (volume cooking) 
• Previous FIFO Chef or Sous Chef experience is highly desired but not essential 
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP 
• Prior Sous Chef experience 
• Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights OR relevant bulk cooking experienced applicants seeking potential Visa sponsorship
