We’re looking for customer service-oriented people with industrial cleaning or hospitality experience OR an alternate transferrable skill set with a positive can-do attitude.  Your next adventure awaits!   

You will be working 11hrs per day on 14 days on 7 days off  bus in and bus out from Darwin, meals and accommodation are provided when on site. Your roster may include some early starts or later finishes on a rotational basis. 

What do Bus Drivers do? 

We require experienced Bus Drivers who are also flexible and willing to undertake other duties, utilities/cleaning & assisiting houskeepers in tasks around the village as required.

  • You will be driving passenger buses to and from airports, villages and work sites, and the rest of the day will be working in other areas of the village facilities.
  • Providing customer service in the Tavern or Retail shop 
  • Maintaining cleanliness of outdoor areas and grounds 

What does it take to work in this role? 

This lifestyle can be very rewarding but it isn’t for everyone. Consider what to expect and what is required of you when assessing your options: 

  • Ability to work 10-12-hour shifts, day or night shifts as required 
  • Ability to endure remote environment in extreme heat or weather conditions 
  • Ability to multi-task and assist in other areas with positive teamwork approach 
  • Ability to understand the requirements of safe work and safety protocols 
  • Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing 
  • An open drivers HR license with H endorsement 
  • Ability to drive to and from the mine site
