Sodexo are seeking a suitably qualified Customer Service Representative to work the night shift with our Command Centre team at our Regional Support Centre based in Balcatta, Perth. This role will work from home in 4 nights on - 4 nights off swings from 9pm - 5am. 

You will have experience working in customer service teams, ideally in an inbound contact centre environment. Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers with a highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Willingness to work a flexible roster schedule across a 7 day week including public holidays.
An ability to professionally liaise with management stakeholders, clients and vendors, coupled with a willingness to learn and continually improve/develop your own performance. You will have excellent verbal & written communication skills and a high level of accuracy & attention to detail.

Qualifications

Requirements for the role will include:

  • Foster and maintain a strong rapport with staff and managers at all levels
  • Promptly and professionally screen and delegate calls to the appropriate employees
  • Act as a point of contact for BM service requests, clients and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Resolve issues with BM service requests efficiently and in a professional manner
  • Perform general office duties and technical troubleshooting as required
  • Provide clerical and technical support and assistance to Perth Office departments as required
  • Participate in company and client-driven activities, drills, pre-job starts, meetings and pre-use equipment inspections
  • Consistently access and review regulatory, company and client-driven OHS manuals, policies and procedures, and recommend changes to improve operational efficiency, environmental practices and work safety
  • Other reasonable duties as directed
