Job Description

  • 2/1 Roster FIFO from Perth
  • Attractive hourly rates plus penalties
  • Sites across the Pilbara, Mid-West and other regions of WA

Join our remote Teams collaborating across all sections of the catering department to deliver excellent service to our residents with the option for uncapped career progression and development along the way.

Working across all sections of the kitchen and all sites within one of our Regions as required, you will be responsible for working with your Team to provide the highest level of food service to our sites whilst covering casual requirements as needed. Explore your creative flair on themed nights and events and enjoy consistent work-life balance on a 14:7 Fly-In-Fly-Out roster.

Qualifications

To be successful, you’ll need:

  • Certificate III Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
  • Previous FIFO Chef experience is desired but not essential
  • Previous experience in mass-catering environments highly desired (volume cooking)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Chef highly desired
  • The ability to work 12-hour shifts (days and nights required)
  • Australian Citizenship or full working rights in Australia
  • You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months
