Do you have a passion for shaping and influencing Health & Wellness? If so, we want you to join our team!   

We’re looking for a Health & Wellness Manager to deliver and roll out the Thrive WFX Health & Wellness program across our Greater Australia mining operations, in line with the national strategy. You will be a frequent touch point for our team of Wellness Coaches when it comes to delivering training, providing SME support, mobilising new team members to site and mobilising new contracts.  Site visits will be frequent to ensure the successful delivery of projects and campaigns across multiple contracts within the portfolio.

The role will also see a strong alignment built with regional Operations Managers, Village Managers as well as site based representatives focused on the delivery of a high level of service, visibility, on the ground training delivery and leadership. 

Key Duties:

  • Execution of various health & wellness campaigns and initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure key program deliverables are being met and achieved
  • Manage the portfolio and ensure that the wellness program is in alignment with client requests
  • Drive engagement within regional towns and communities, ie schools, sports clubs, local governments
  • Drive a positive wellness culture across our wellness teams

To be successful, you’ll need:  

  • Australian citizenship or full Australian working rights  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, Nutrition, Sport & Recreation Management or similar (not essential)

  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable

  • Previous experience within the FIFO industry or living within a regional community is essential to your understanding of the challenges faced with a remote sites workforce
