Providing delicious and nutritious meals to our clients to fuel their work days is one of the many ways we create a home away from home on our remote sites. Therefore, our chefs are at the heart of what we do and we are committed to providing opportunities for chefs who are as passionate about food as we are.

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team at Labona Village living and working in QLD. The Chef will be rostered on a 14 day on, 7 days off – 11 hours per shift.

As this position requires FIFO and requires you to be comfortable and have experience working in remote environments.

The responsibilities of the Chef will include but are not limited to the follow:

• Hands-on service for bulk and buffet style cooking which will include preparing, cooking and presenting meals for breakfast, dinner, crib and pastries
• Ensuring you follow HACCP procedures and safe work practices
