Are you an experienced FIFO Village Assistant Manager, FIFO Admin Manager, or think you could be the person described below, Sodexo is looking for you to join our team based in our head office in Balcatta as a Workforce Planning Lead.

Job Description

This position is responsible for leading a team to deliver the Workforce Planning Strategy via effective resource management practices, ensuring: an engaged, skilled and productive pool of employees to be utilised as contingent relief coverage; collaborative workforce planning with Operations and the building of resource management capability with team and site; the challenging of labour supply to target demand via forward planning to activity, leading to the efficient use of contingent labour both third-party agency & internal contingent relief pool.

You will consider yourself a well organised, self-motivated individual and a customer service professional. You are an experienced FIFO manager or administrator with excellent Excel knowledge, experience with high volumes of emails, and are ready to work in a fast paced environment with a great team!

Qualifications

To be successful, you’ll need: 

  • An excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel & Outlook
  • Understanding of rostering principals
  • Relevant experience in same or similar industry
  • Excellent planning & people coordination skills
  • Strong communicator who contributes to good working relationships
  • Organised with effective time management skills
