Sodexo is seeking an experienced Site Engagement Marketing Support Officer to join our extremely professional and passionate team on a full time, 6 Month Contract. This role is based at our Head Office in Balcatta.

The Site Engagement Marketing Support Officer responsibilities will include site engagement administration including the collation of tender documents and incentive programs.
You will also be required to draft and process internal / external communications and legal documents.

Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Undertake engagement research tasks to support marketing department
• Collect, track and report on general and/or specific information as may be required
• Provide marketing administrative support such as purchase orders, invoicing, scanning, copying, filing, binding, and archiving
• Coordinate and purchase and distribution of stationery/marketing collateral requests
• Perform other administration duties as required

To be successful, you’ll need:    

• Previous experience in a Marketing administration role or similar
• Understand and be able to use intranet and web-based co-ordination and reporting tools.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision whilst working to tight deadlines
• Purchase order and invoice processing experience.
• Proficient in the use of Email (Outlook) Excel, Word, and Internet.
