Job Description

A wonderful opportunity presents itself for a self-motivated and customer-service focused individual to join a busy, well-reputed, professional services firm in Adelaide's central business district.

Working in a small corporate team, you will manage a range of duties including but not limited to greeting internal and external clients, maintaining visitor records, meeting room management including maintenance reporting, coordinate maintenance of facilities such as meeting rooms, lockers and appliances, AV/VC support, monitor office stationary and pantry provisions and control inventory ordering and databases, manage mailroom processes, company email inbox management, ordering of catering, records management and answering company switchboard calls and direct as appropriate.

Who are we looking for?  

You will have previous experience in a busy, corporate environment dealing with clients professionally and confidently. Your experience should demonstrate your ability to undertake the tasks required for the position and will include experience as a corporate front of house receptionist or equivalent, working in a legal, financial, insurance or similar environment.
