Sodexo is currently looking for a Traditional Chinese Chef, to work on a 2/1 Fly in Fly out Roster. This is a  permanent position based in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. 

About the Job

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and producing various meals across breakfast, crib, dinner and adhoc functions whilst ensuring the highest standards of safe food handling are met within the kitchen.

We take safety seriously, so adhering to our policies and procedures to ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues is paramount.

About You

You thrive in a fast paced environment, handle pressure with ease and possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Trade Certificate or Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
• Significant experience cooking Traditional Chinese Cuisine
• Experience cooking for large numbers, ideally production / bulk / banquet cooking.
• Flexibility to work a variety of rosters and shifts.
• A great attitude - we want you to enjoy going to your job each swing!
